Senior Exercise with Dena
These classes are designed to help folks, ages 50 and older stay fit in an enjoyable, social and supportive setting. Shirley leads a low-impact aerobics class, which includes stretching and use of free weights. Emphasis on cardiovascular fitness and endurance, maintaining range of motion, and injury prevention!
Senior Exercise with Ed
This class is listed as sr. exercise, but it's geared for folks to connect with their Inner Child! Together, while listening to sublime music and some mediocre jokes, we'll infuse basic yoga poses & breathing technique, along with light weights, movement and the use of balls for enhancing balance. Folks of all levels are welcome, so let's stretch our minds along with our bodies.

Summer Session 2:
Modified starts on Wednesday, August 14 and August 21. Class time will be 8:45am - 9:45am on those days as we have another program starting at 10
Ed's bio:
Ed Stern is a long time licensed bodyworker (humans, not cars) and certified Kriplau Yoga instructor. He has offered his services in a variety of settings, including: athletic events, corporate wellness programs, senior centers, etc. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and long time Pan Mass Challenge volunteer.
